Silverlight Error

Silverlight Error


I am trying to stream from the Xfinity website and it keeps saying that I need to update my silerlight plugin. When I go to update the silverlight website says I already have the newest version installed. I even uninstalled my version and then reinstalled the newest version, still no luck. Also when I go to a tv show and try to hit the play button next to the episodes there iis nothing there, so I can no longer stream any episodes unless they are the newest one. Please help, thanks!

Try seeing about doing a clean install http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2608523

that should fix it up.
