Silverlight Error Message 2105

Silverlight Error Message 2105

I received a notice that I needed to install the latest version of Silverlight several days ago, which I did, and the video I wanted started playing just fine. Today I am trying to watch the same video, and I am getting an install error #2105. Nothing on my system changed between then and now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight, and it is not resolving, nor is it in the list of errors with common solutions. Any suggestions?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Have you restarted or turned off your computer since uninstalling and reinstalling Silverlight? If not, please restart your Mac and try again.
