Silverlight Error 525/6003

Silverlight Error 525/6003

Hi,

 

I have been receiving this error, "We notice you do not have DRM support enabled for Microsoft Silverlight (Error 525|6003)." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Silverlight several times (per the directions on the comcast website) and have restarted the computer between each uninstall and reinstall. The video cannot be played on Chrome or IE. Please help! This has been going on for over a week and I am paying for a service I am unable to use.
