Xfinity is telling me I am not a showtime subscriber or an abc subscriber.....How can I fix this?

I'm having the same experience on the website as well as the Xfinity TV Go app.  Is this a known issue and is there an ETA for a resolution?

This is a known issue affecting customers in the Freedom region. Teams are still investigating. We will update this thread when we learn more.

I just placed a service call with Xfinity....They did not have an answer for me. I trouble shooted some things that did not work.  They will get back to me in 24 hours
