Showtime

Hi, I have Showtime through my cable service but it's requiring me to buy a subscription online.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks.

Are you sure you are logged in under your master account name?

Yes, I only have one master account and that's what I logged in under.  It's strange because sometimes if I just retry it, it works, but not all the time.
