Several HBO series fail to play with 900 error

Several HBO series fail to play with 900 error

I've tried multiple episodes of different seasons of The Sopranos, Rome and The Wire.  All give the exact same error:

 

Sorry, we've experienced some difficulty playing your video.

Please refresh this page in your browser to try again.

(Error 900|7005-3322-10002)

 

I've verified this from multiple browsers (IE and Firefox) and multiple locations.

unfortunately its the weekend and comast will not be back until monday earliest. Can you view these shows on your tv?  with the holidays approaching its going to be a while before anyone there can see this and fix it unless comcast joe is working monday.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
