Setting DVR from PC

Set up  DVR recording from Comcast web page no longer seems possible. Used to be very convenient, especially for series of shows. Did I miss a change? Everything seems to be for X!, not available where I live. Thanks!

That feature is available for X1 subscribers and X1 is available in all Comcast markets as far as I know. Where did you hear that X1 isn't available where you live?

Re: Setting DVR from PC

Thanks for your answer. We live in a condo building which does not have X1. Will have to check further to see if we can get X1 individually, or maybe the whole building would  need to subscribe. I know we come under some "group sales" rubric.
