Service problems

For the last two days we've been unable to access channel 270 (Boomerang), instead getting a message that includes the code XRE-03062, which immediately exits to another channel. We've reset the boxes several times to no avail. Does this require some interceding from Xfinity to fix?  Thanx.

Re: Service problems

I am not familiar with that exact error code but it falls into the range of some sort of signal deficiency.

If you are confident that all of your wiring and connections are 100% then yes, you probably should request that Comcast send a tech out.

Yes, that's a tuning error. Something is blocking or knocking out that channel's frequency (there may be others that you don't watch or notice), you should have a tech out to troubleshoot further. I see you've tried system refreshes but that's not going to fix it.
