Screen Freezes..

Screen Freezes..

Our screen freezes multiple times each day and a message appears in a black box, if you try to change the channel, indicating "There are problems connecting to the X-1 Platform".  A technician came out and replaced all the wiring about 2 weeks ago, but the problem continued.  I constantly need to shut off the tv, unplug the modem, and wait for the service to return again -- only to have the same thing happen ten minutes later!  This is extremely annoying!   While changing channels, we have also experienced getting stuck on one of the NHL channels for some reason.
