Samsung Tablet Unable to Play TV and Movies Across Wifi

All,

I have a new Samsung Tablet from Verizon and I am unable to do video playback.  I login in to my Comcast account, select a show and the authorization is confirmed.   The feed says beginning playback, however, it never starts.  Does anyone know how to fix  this?

Thanks in advance!

I am sorry but Samsung Tabs are not currently compatible with video playback. PCs, Macs, iPads, iPhones, and iPod Touches are only

Our product team is constantly working on adding more compatible devices for video playback. Thanks for your suggestion; we'll consider your idea for a future release.

Thanks,
Joe
