Sad Customer Service

I would really like to know why I pay almost $100.00 a month to watch 15 minutes of commercials then 5 minutes of the program online. If this is the best a MULTIPLE BILLION dollar company can do for it's paying customer than you all are not very customer centric at all. I am sure that I am not the only person that feels this way and maybe we should take this up to the Consumer Agency in DC. Fix it or get out of the business

The company is optimized to extract the largest possible amount of money from its customers at the lowest possible cost. All other considerations are secondary at best. Comcast is a nearly pure Marketing company which doesn't so much sell actual services as it sells the IDEA of services. For them "Customer Service" is an abstract idea that they loudly claim to deliver even as they do their best to avoid spending any money on it.
