How do we report a website issue?

Calling on the telephone leads a rep to walk through a decision tree & then reboot my wireless gateway & then transfer me to another rep who starts through yet another useless decision tree!

 

Chatting with a rep lead to the same problem. 

 

There are multiple threads over the past several days where set top boxes are throwing the QU-S50 or customers can't see watch list online.

 

IT IS ALL THE SAME ISSUE! I opened a developer console to check and you can see clearly there is an internal server error on the Comcast side. When I tried to explain that to the phone or chat reps, you would have thought I was speaking a totally foreign language and noone knew how to help. All they knew how to do was waste my time.

 

FIX THE WEBSITE!
