My Disney channels are not showing up on my Roku? message 400 403 saying unauthorize user when I am authorized

Roku has nothing to do with Comcast TV service. It appears that the Disney app on the Roku, was just for marketing purposes. That is probably why you are now getting the error message. They most likely have stopped allowing that app to function. See http://www.rokuguide.com/channels/disney regarding about the Disney app on the device.
