Removing devices

I have tried numerous times to remove a device from the account by going to managing accounts via that specific device and it continues to tell me that I must log in via that device to remove even though that is the specific device I am on. How can I remove a device and solve this issue?

You will neeed to contact CC directly and have them look at your inventory... they will have to either manually delete the item, or eventually it will drop off once their system acknowledges recipet of the device...  ( careful...I once had a device listed for 5 months because the Tech did not correctly write the serial number on the return ticket, hence the device stayed listed in my account!!! )
