Remote app worked the first day and never again

A few weeks ago I set up a new HD-DVR cable box (cisco 200N).  The first day, I was able to use the remote app, my box was recognized as eligible equipment.  But never again.  I did not change any settings, but the app, DVR manager is able to recognize my TV or cable box as eligible.

 

Help!!!!

I'm facing same problem.

There's no effect in TV even when I click "SHOW NAME ON TV"
