When that "reminder" pops up, tune to the show, go to the guide, scroll ahead to the next time slot that show is on, go into the show menu and select "don’t remind". Next week it should be gone.

You will need your account information and the serial number on your digital converter.

 

Tell our chat agent that you are unable to delete your programmed reminders or access the settings and that you need to have your digital box re-initialized.

Please know that this will wipe out all of your programmed reminders, scheduled recordings, existing recordings, saved searches, favorites lists, Parental PIN codes and Purchase PINs.
