Recordings stopping prematurely

In addition to the "program not available for mobile viewing" problem I'm having, I'm now having trouble getting recordings to complete.

 

Two basketball games stopped recording/streaming at 7mins in and 12 mins in respectively. 

 

The Australian Open stopped recording 56 minutes in, for what should've been a 5 hour recording.

 

Can anybody help with either problem?

I should clarify that it's the cloud recordings that seem to be stopping early.  At least on the tennis, the DVR seems to have continued recording even though the streaming has stopped. 

 

Ideas anybody?

I'm also having the same problem, but not on the cloud.  I scheduled 5 hours of recording on the DVR and only about 1/2 is recorded.
