Recently viewed TV

I have my setting marked OFF under settings for recently viewed, however when I go into on demand and look under the TV section , it shows a previously viewed show amnd it shouldn't. How can I get this deleted or removed. I have tried refresh, restart, and turning off all power and turning back on after 1 minute or so. I have went into settings and turn back on recently viewed and then turned back off and this doesn't fix problem. I have went into apps and really don't see anything that might help.  Has anyone ever dealt with this problem before???
