Receive "Fox is not part of your subscriptions" -- when it is

When I try to watch anything on channels such as Fox or ABC online I receive a message stating that those channels are not part of my subscriptions. I am able to watch these channels through my X1 box so I believe there is some kind of disconnect that is causing this error. CBS seems to work, so I am not sure what the pattern is for determing what channels will give me this error. Sounds like customers have had this issue in the past and the only resolution was to contact Comcast customer support. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Hi Johns17m, I have refreshed your entitlements on your account. Can you please retest and let me know if you are now able to view FOX and ABC, and if not please respond to my private message with your username/email that you are using to sign into when you are showing this error.

Thank you

We also are getting messages today that ABC HD is not part of our subscription - Digital Starter. It says to got to My Account and update our subscription.  I see nothing there that will help me.  What would I do to correct this??

Call Comcast and ask for an agent.
