i agree, app on mobile device is freezing, dropping connection to server and making the viewing experience frustrating. I used online chat to discuss and they reset my modem. That is not a fix.

Its not a fix because your internet is not the problem its the app. I have the same issue that started as soon as comcast updated the app this October the old version worked perfect. Always the blame game with comcast just get it the new version does not work right period.
