Comcast Is working to resolve the problem at the moment, there is no estimated time it will be resolved, but my guess is that it shouldnt take more than a couple of days. It is not a problem with your device.

I convtinuly receive a prompt that you're having issues. No TV Listings
appear. The Search feature is impossible

Comcast is not working on the issue, nor do they seem to even be aware of it.  After over a month of seeing that "technical problems" message, I came to this board where I found the answer posted by another user.  Comcast owes Greg a month of free service, at the very least...
