I am getting the dreadful error message 1202. I have the iPhone 4s. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application. It was working two days ago and of course I am connected to wifi when I am using the application when I am trying to watch a movie. Are the systems down again??? Please help

Try clearing the app history under settings in the XFINITY TV App and then try again.
