A Comcast tech came out today and installed the wireless box on my kitchen TV. It is able to view recorded shows, on demand, and Pandora. It will bring up the guide but trying to watch a live show produces an error code XRE-10007. The tech left without fixing the problem. I got charged $40 for installation and $6 a month for a service that doesn't work.

Search the forums for that error code. It's fairly common. If I recall it's some sort of activation error.

Sounds like calling into Comcast is needed.

gymnast46, the xi5 box utilizes wi-fi to stream cable tv content. That code specifies an issue with your internet connection. I've sent a refresh signal to your modem. It will not reboot your modem. Let me know if you're able to see a connection/see a picture on your cable box.

Adding to Comcastken, check on the back of your gateway that the moca light is lit or not, it needs to be on. It's located where the coax is connected.
