My app (xfinity on the go) suddenly stopped working. Message given when I try to sign up "unable to process your request, please try again". I have logged out and back in. Uninstalled and reinstalled but get the same message. I am using an Ipad iOS 7.1.1

My app is not working . The mail does not arrive, or it disappears. Mail in the box is last dated 10 / 2013
When will this problem be repaired.
