Any one else having problems connecting to the web site?

A few days back I started getting this error message -

 

"XFINITY® TV requires a more recent version of Flash (15.0.0.152+).
Please update to the latest version of Flash and ensure your browser is Flash compatible."

 

I'm using Safari with Flash Player version 24 (which I assume is more recent than 15?).

I want linux  Man Frustrated   The online [watchlist] worked fine before X1

re: https://tv.xfinity.com/ I tried IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox all worked fine. You might check to be sure your browser is up to date or perhaps try a different browser.

Its not a browser issue. When they implemented the new webmail email look and feel (which I like) I could not access tv/voice/call logs /billing and got all sorts of freezing and  vague pop up error messages which I captured to share with Comcast . I use Firefox but tried others and had same problems.  It took 3rd tier expert and his team to get it fixed. It took half a day but they kept me informed every step of the way. It was the best experience with support I ever had. FYI....I  got nowhere calling Cust Service so decided to try Comcast Facebook Private Messaging to share my issues and they were the ones who contacted Tier 3 and hooked me up.
