My voice will not work and I cannot get rid of the caption words on my tv screen.  My listen button said there was a problem and I should use the set up button, but that button does not seem to be working either.

Hello mhunterxyz. Please try to restart your Cable Box bu unplugging the power cord, and plugging it back in. 

 

Also, if you are seeing closed captioning text on screen, please follow the these directions to turn this feature off: https://www.xfinity.com/support/cable-tv/x1-closed-captioning/
