Re: True Blood error: Video Cannot be Played

I'm having the same issues.  Last night started watching "True Blood" Season 1. Episodes 1-4 ok, then 5 kept stopping - "Video Not Available" Error Message 3050 (which according to Support web site means Comcast was working to restore the video.  Today I tred again and the video won't even start, displayed Error Message 6007.

By the way, Comcast Joe, please share the Error Message codes with your telephone Customer Service agents. I phoned them to ask about this issue, and they couldn't find the code meanings.

Thanks.

Episode 5 should now be working but episode 6 is a known issue.

Please try episode 5 again and let me know the results.

Thanks,
Joe
