I have the same problem. On the phone last night for a few hours. Tech on-site with call-in support from Comcast for a few hours today. Not able to resolve. Would be nice if the solution was posted for all. For the time being, I would be happy for a direct message solving this in the interim...

Hi, Moerax - The Error %lm-2 can be caused by different factors. I can look into your account and troubleshoot the VOD issue. Please send me a private message with the following information:

- Your full name, address, phone number

- Cable Card Serial Number

- Host ID

- Data ID

- Cable Card ID

- Unit Address
