Re: Speed and Script Issue

Re: Speed and Script Issue

I also have a speed issue. I used to be able to watch TV shows with XFinity, but now they spend more time buffering than actually playing. Very frustrating, and I usually give up trying to watch. When Xfinity recently upgraded services, I checked my modem, and it was still on the list of acceptable modems. What might my problem be?

Re: Speed and Script Issue

Its not your problem my friend, its Comcast's.

Buffering, buggy ads, and overall poor streaming tech are affecting us all. Since Comcast doesn't have the decency to communicate with its customers we all get left in the dark, paying for a broken product. The only thing we can really do is wait for the problem to be fixed, then call Comcast customer support en masse and demand reimbursement for every month the streaming service was unusable. Its been about 2.5 months for me. I'm looking forward to Comcast losing A LOT of money over this, maybe it might even light a fire under their butts to treat us, the paying customer, better. Won't hold my breath though, it'll be easier to switch providers.
