I also subscribe to Premium channels(HD Premier Bundle) and cannot access them on my computer on demand. We HAVE downgraded our service to the vacation rate for the summer - is that the reason or is there a  problem? I am still getting emails through comcast and can access non premium on demand shows.

After reading other posts, I tried deleting cookies. Didn't help. I can't check on TV because we are not at that home and it's on vacation mode. The specific channel I am trying to watch a show from is TNT. It says I need a subscription, which we have. I can access a number of other on demand shows, but not TNT or some others.

I am sorry but I don't see any cable channels like TNT on your account. What did you downgrade your service to?
