I can't get one of my channels on the main tv. I do get it on the other tv. Need help. Thank you

In reviewing your account, there are some definite and observable signal level issues on both of your cable boxes that is likely the cause of this condition.

 

Motorola RNG 200N DVR
Upstream Health > Reverse Power Level 28, Forward Control Channel Power Level 28

Motorola RNG 150N P2 (DCX 3200M)

Upstream Health  > Reverse Power Level 27 

I have asked a colleague to review your account and reach out to you so that we can get this condition resolved. A technician visit may be required to resolve.
