Having the exact same issue. The main cable box still shows all recorded and scheduled recordings, but the web app (whether using Chrome or IE) shows NO scheduled recordings, and only displays shows that were recorded days ago.

Hi wernerba, I have refreshed entitlements to your account and box, can you please retest and if still having issues please respond to my pivate message and I will be able to troubleshoot further.
