I watch the live XFINITY app during school and at home on my iPad and lately it's been freezing and screen turns green and volume goes in and out. Have deleted app restarted and so on but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

What version iPad are you using? (iPad Mini, iPad 3, etc.)

What iOS are you using? (iOS 6, iOS 7, etc.)

What video(s) are having this issue? (Please be specific as possble even if it is happening to all videos)

What version of the App are you using? (2.1 is the newest version for iOS)

1. I have the iPad 3
2. I have 7.1 for iOS
3. And I watch USA but I tested it with all the other stations and they do the same thing
4. I have version 2.1.0.237 I update the apps as much as I can
