Hey Bennour, are you still having this problem? Have you tried using a different web browser?

Re: (Error 102100.5: Loading of the specified resource has failed)

I am still having this issue. I have tried everything, new flash download, cleared cookies, uninstall and reinstalled Firefox and Chrome browser. I also called Comcast Tech support 3 times today. Got disnconnectd each time or hung up by the support person. I suspect the latter. I also chatted online, no help. Lousy customer service. I wasted 1 hr today trying to report this problem with no progress.

Why can't Comcast resolve the problem? This has been an ongoing issue for a while. Lots of people are experiencing this issue on this forum.
