Has anyone got a positive response from this issue?  I have called several times to get this corrected and still have no resolution.  Refreshed the DVR, still says No_FLux error on Remote Access Setup

I recently set up my DVR service but this feature has yet to work.  Says I have service available in my area but not present at my household.  Box is supposed to support this.  Cannot get any help by phone.  Refreshed several times  Recycled power.

DVR manager wont work.

I still have no ability to have DVR manager.  The website says it is available in my area, my Motorola box is supposed to be capable but i get error "NO_FLUX" when trying to set up remote access on my DVR.  I have made several calls to no avail.  Can someone please help me????
