I too am experiencing these error codes. I have tried restarting both my modem and router, with no luck. I also tried the troubleshooting tool but that didn't work either. I have also checked the cable connection on the back of box to make sure it's tight, nothing. I'm missing out on a lot of Olympic stuff because of this.
I too am experiencing these error codes. I couldn't delete. Sorry
Apologies for the issue that you described above.
Typically and generally that specific error (MOGSCNA) refers to a connectivity issue between the cable box and our search server. Does this occur occasionally or constantly or something in between?
Thanks for your patience.
Bigdipper22 -- ComcastTed has provided the answer to what that error is. I wanted to view your account to look for what might be causing it. I was unable to location your account information. Can you send that to me in a private message please?

My problem was the line outside of my house needed to be replaced. You have more stuff going on than I did but I had to have a technician come out to diagnose the problem. Don't buy anything new. They can fix for free.
Hello @andagain. Glad to hear this was figured out and resolved for you. Please let us know if there is any other support you need.
