Randomly get not open home network error

I randomly get a message something like "not on home network" when I'm watching xfinity tv on my computer.  If I reload the page I can watch again for a random amount of time (2 minutes to a very long time).  Does anyone know what I can do?

Re: Randomly get not open home network error

I get the same error and I was told by an agent that it has something to do with my login.  He cleared a few errors and it worked until I closed the browser and got back in.  I now have to log out then back in for it to work.   I did this twice in the span of 15 min and now I'm back on the line with another xfinity agent.  I can't believe that they can't fix this.
