RNG150N not supported on Remote App

RNG150N not supported on Remote App

I got my new HD reciever, everything works perfectly, but my Remote App on my iPhone can't "find" it. I checked the list of receivers NOT supported by the app and mine is not on it. How do I get the app to work for my new box? My other boxes work on the app.

Yup. I don't know why it didn't work at first, but after a day or so it was perfect. I use the app every day.
