RE: Error code 560

I would like to know how to fix error code 560.  On comcast's website there are certain videos under today's highlights that specifically discuss a topic from today's news.  I cannot view these videos or spots.  Is there anything that I need to upgrade?  Let me know.  Thanks

Try completely uninstalling your Adobe Flash Player and then try re-installing it and see if that works.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
