RDK-03005

RDK-03005

I've been getting the RDK-03005 error all day not with no luck after resetting/restarting. When I go to the error website it suggests and type it in, no results come up. What's the estimate outage time in my area (Harrisonburg/Rockingham VA)? Internet is still in tact.
