RDK-03003 on both boxes

RDK-03003 on both boxes

I'm getting the dreaded RDK-03003 on both of my boxes. I checked my connections, did all the re-boot stuff and unplugged the boxes. Earlier in the day I had to reset my router gateway. I get wireless services OK, just no cable. Is this a box issue now and I need a tech?
