Queue useful, but a bit flaky

I'm finding the Queue to be a useful way to access On Demand and online content, but it is definitely not without its flaws.  I've noticed issues with the list of episodes of programs not being in sync with what is actually available On Demand.  For instance, the Queue list for one Showtime series is missing an episode, but the episode is availalbe if I access the series via the XOD menu.  Also, even though there are 3 episodes of the new Sundance series Top of the Lake available via the XOD menu and I was able to add Top to my Queue via the web, it doesn't show up on my DVR's Queue, because the Queue system doesn't think any episodes of the series are available On Demand.  I've noticed additional, similar discrepencies.
