Problem with my cable service

Problem with my cable service

I have a cable box that is no longer working and has been non-working for 4 or 5 days.  I was told I had to bring in the box before I can use my cable.  This is totally unacceptable customer service.  Also I cannot watch movies via online so I am dead in the water when it comes to using my service.  I would appreciate a call or some type of service that will make this aggravating situation understandable.

This is a user to user forum. You have presented no real info here for anyone to even give you assistance.

 

If you have a box that was working and is now dead you need to either call comcast for tech to come to you to replace that or take it to the local office and get a new one yourself.
