Problem getting data on Xfinity watch online

Keep getting message "There was a problem getting data, please wait few seconds and try again by clicking the link below"  Which is a "refresh" that does nothing.  The error has the functions of the "popular" "A-Z" and "Most recent" not functioning and will not bring up the show icons.  Any ideas what is causing this.  Have been looking online but so far have not found anything related to this issue.  The site was working fine until yesterday when I started having this problem.

Clear your cache. I was having the same problem and once I cleared it, I no longer had that problem
