Premium Movies--I can't forward or rewind

On my premium channels--Encore, HBO, Cinemax, Showties, etc there seems to be no way to either advance a show or rewind....you can stop and hit resume, and I have noticed sometimes it does resume from where you left off and sometimes it jumps to the start.. Makes it difficult to watch  movie at your leisure if you wanted to watch a part at a time...is there a different cersion player function that allows you to advsnce (skip) and review and rewind?   Tried with several browsers.

It just sounds like your browser's view is either zoomed in or zoomed out too much. Under the view menu in your browser, choose Zoom to be "reset" or "actual size" and the video should play normally.

If you do not know how to do this, please tell me your operating system and browser settings so we can walk you through it.

Thanks,
Joe
