Premium Content Freezing at "For Mature Audiences Only" Screen

Anyone else having problems with premium content freezing? HBO and showtime both freeze on the initial "Mature Audiences Only" screen, when it usually just sits on it for 3-5 seconds and then plays the show. Any thoughts. I have tried a new web browser (firefox), clearing my cache, history and cookies with the same result.

Please post the URLs of the videos so we can further look into this.

Re: Premium Content Freezing at "For Mature Audiences Only" Screen

I too have been having this exact same problem for about a month - very frustrating!  Called Comcast support no help there.  ONLY one laptop in my household has this problem.  Doesn't matter where I log-in, work or home - this laptop will not allow TV MA programs to be watched (both premium and regular networks).  I can watch regular TV shows, just not TV MA shows.  I am the account admin - there is no parental code set.  I have watched TV MA shows on this laptop before. Other laptops and PC's in the same house do not have this problem.  Any suggestions?

I'm having a similar content on Chrome.  However, my content never plays.  Browser hangs on TV-MA warning.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
