Premium Channels Not Working Online - Orange Key

Premium Channels Not Working Online - Orange Key

I am unable to watch movies on premium channels online.  I subscribe to these channels and my bill is up to date.  I have tried the following:

 

logged on and off 

Closed and reopend the browser

Tried other browsers (Started with Firefox, then tried IE, then tried Chrome - all most recent versions)

Cleared cache and cookies

deauthorized all devices

 

None of these have worked.

 

Please help.

I subscribe to all of the premium channels.  I was specifically trying to watch episode two, season three of Eastbound and Down.  I have been able to watch these premium channels online for the past two months (I only started using this online service two months ago) and haven't had any problems until now.

I had the same problem three weeks ago with the orange key not disappearing when I went to view shows on premium (and non-premium channels like Travel Channel), a problem that was occurring at the same time I was dealing with the Error 3001 issue in another thread ComcastJoe is part of. My configuration information is in that thread, but I'm posting here because I'm hoping it gives your engineers more info about the continuing problems some of us are having with the Xfinity service.

Do the premium channels work on your TV?
