Please realize not every one uses Windows

I use Linux and my Flashplayer is not the most modern. We are usually 1 or two releases behind.  Consider not making the most modern release REQUIRED for online viewing of programs.

I second that--using Ubuntu 14.04 with the latest chrome.  Getting just a black screen.  I partly blame Adobe for this as they are no longer supporting Linux.  I will from now on avoid all Adobe products, even the pdf viewer.

I agree- Comcast should consider alternative OS users when rolling out REQUIRED streaming mechanisms. Just want to point out that Adobe & Google DO have newer flash support in Chrome but Firefox's old ( antiquated, bug ridden, security nightmare) plugin interface has been deprecated for some time now.

Not that having the latest Ubuntu 14.10 & Chrome doesn't work all that well either.
