Playback

After choosing a movie from play now, a couple of things happen. -I get a black screen that shows 0:0 mins where it should show the length of the movie. -the movie will begin to play and then stop and this continues....Internet connection Is strong. -I have also received an error message 1202 Thanks in advance for the help.

I was just wondering what does this have to do with emal and xfinity connect help? For your playback problems have you read the following link.

You are trying to watch video through the Safari web browser on your iPhone. To watch On Demand content on your iPhone, you must download the Xfinity TV App.
