Pixelating BADLY

Pixelating BADLY

We haven't been able to watch TV for more than a month because it is pixelating so badly and the sound is breaking up on most channels. Comcast has not been able to fix the problem...they sent out a technician, but he says it's not at our home. The customer service always say they can sympathize, but they do nothing to fix this problem. Looks like I have to switch to the DISH network...because they can't fix this!

Re: Pixelating BADLY

Check in the attic, or wiring closet, and see if there is some kind of amplifier.
I have seen, even very recently, where too much signal was causing the picture to break up. Removing the amplifier solved the problem.
You might give that a try.
